Jim is a Pennsylvania native and graduate of Pennsylvania State University. After obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing Jim took a leap of faith, packed his bags, and started his career in real estate. Since entering the Virginia market in 2009 he has made tremendous strides to give unprecedented service to all of his clients. Jim utilizes his background in marketing to design an "outside of the box" marketing plan, for each of his listings giving them an advantage over the rest. When agents or clients see a unique marketing campaign, they remember that property and that's how it gets sold. Jim specializes in custom built homes and waterfront properties. As a recent graduate, Jim relates to first time home buyers, and as a recent relocation himself, he connects to his relocation clients. James is a Spotsylvania native with strong family ties to the area. His mother Rebecca Acors recently retired after teaching at Robert E. Lee Elementary as a reading specialist for 52 years. His father James Acors, was a successful small business owner and founder of family owned Acors Topsoil and Mulch. By trade James is a Respiratory Therapist at Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge, Va and HCA Hospital in Spotsylvania.
